4. General Rules and Conditions

4.1 General Rules

By booking through the website, users authorize the company to act on your behalf during the booking process and make payments in the user's name.

Users must provide us with accurate and complete information necessary for the booking process.

Tickets are not eligible for a “cooling-off period” or the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.

Users cannot copy, alter, transmit, or publish website content without clear written permission from us.

4.2 Conditions

A) Irregular Operations

Find Business Class is not accountable for any changes or cancellations made by airlines. Users must check email frequently for notifications and verify flights 72 hours and 24 hours prior to departure.

If you fail to use any reservation, all continuing and return flight reservations will be automatically canceled. Tickets must be used in order issued.

International passengers should arrive at least 3 hours before departure time.

B) Voluntary Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation means informing the provider that you no longer wish to use their services.

Refund eligibility requires:

  • Passenger coverage of applicable penalties
  • Request at least 24 hours before departure
  • No chargebacks or disputes initiated
  • None of the “Restricted Refunds” conditions apply

Restricted Refunds:

  • Non-refundable tickets
  • No-show passengers or denied boarding
  • Request after ticket validity expires
  • Fully used tickets
  • Direct airline changes

Refund processing fee, which is our agency fee for handling the procedure, applies. Fees waive for BC ticket protection holders, though airline/travel supplier fees will apply.

Voluntary Changes:

Changes are allowed at any time, regardless of the reason, as long as your trip is valid and not subject to major schedule changes.

Requirements:

  • Passenger covers penalties
  • Request at least 24 hours before departure
  • Desired dates have available seats
  • No disputes or chargebacks
  • None of the “Restricted Changes” conditions apply

Restricted Changes:

  • Non-exchangeable tickets
  • Non-boarded or denied boarding passengers
  • Fully used tickets
  • Direct airline changes
  • Zero ticket balance
  • Post-expiration requests
  • Failure to inform 24 hours prior

Changes such as the change of passenger, departure or destination airport, country, or airline company are restricted.

C) No-Show Tickets

No-Show tickets cannot be refunded, nor can they be exchanged. Unless the reservation is canceled and the trip rescheduled prior to the original departure date, the ticket is suspended.

D) Name Changes and Corrections

Carriers have a policy against changing the name or correcting on a booking to a different person once the booking has been confirmed.

Within 24 Hours

If booking qualifies for the free 24-hour airline cancellation policy, the company attempts free corrections with processing fees waived for ticket protection holders. If the fare for the corrected booking has increased, customers will have to pay the fare difference.

After 24 Hours

Requests must be submitted no later than 36 hours before departure. The company contacts the carrier to determine procedures. Name corrections, misspellings, or refunds are subject to the airline policy and cannot be guaranteed.

E) Denied Boarding

Airlines may overbook flights. If the flight is overbooked, no one will be denied a seat until airline personnel first ask for volunteers. Those involuntarily denied boarding are entitled to compensation. Complete rules are available at all airport ticket counters and boarding locations.

For denied boarding due to missing documents, you have to request from the airline to cancel the tickets 3 hours prior departure to avoid a no-show status.

F) Baggage

Baggage Allowance

The Baggage Allowance is reflected during the booking process while searching for an option, on the order confirmation sent to your email, and on the electronic ticket.

Some carriers offer lower fares that do not include luggage. Once you have selected your flight, carefully verify the baggage allowance for your trip.

Infants (under 23 months) not occupying a seat are not allowed for checked-in baggage and hand luggage on some highly discounted tickets.

Children (2–11 years) are usually allowed the same baggage allowance as adults if the same fare class is paid.

Self Baggage Transfer

Connections not covered by carriers in situations including:

  • Individual tickets paid separately with multiple confirmations
  • Stops exceeding 8 hours
  • Non-connected terminal changes
  • Airport changes during layovers

We recommend checking directly with the carrier the coverage of the connections.

Mishandled Baggage

The company provides assistance for BC Ticket Protection customers. Claimants must report the misdirected bag to the airline and contact the company within 24 hours of the arrival time.

Special Baggage

The rules and fees for sports equipment, musical instruments, or baby equipment depend on each carrier and fare selected.

Dangerous Goods

Dangerous goods must not be packed in checked or cabin (unchecked) baggage except as specifically permitted. Prohibited items include: compressed gasses, corrosives, explosives, flammable liquids and solids, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisons, infectious substances, and briefcases with installed alarm devices.

Baggage Liability

For domestic travel wholly between US points, federal rules require any limit on a carrier's baggage liability to be at least $3,400.00 USD per passenger.

G) Check-in Times

The time shown on the itinerary/receipt is the departure time of the aircraft. Flight departure time is not the same as the time you must check-in.

H) Frequent Traveler Points

Frequent traveler awards (miles, points etc.), upgrades, certificate vouchers and other discounts or incentives may not apply to Find Business Class.

I) Travel Destinations and Visa Requirements

Passengers must possess a valid Passport for all international flights, and it must be presented upon request.

It is the passenger's responsibility to have all necessary travel documents at the time of check-in, including visas and health cards.

Schengen Entry visas may be necessary for passengers transiting or connecting between airports in the European Union – Schengen Zone.

The U.S. State Department's Travel Advisory Section is available at phone line: 202-647-5225, official website: www.state.gov.

We, our providers, or distributors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our aggregate liability or that of our providers or distributors shall not exceed the total charges set forth in the itinerary.

You must file any claim or cause of action within sixty (60) days from the date such claim or action arose.

The company acts as an intermediary or agent for providers of travel-related products and/or services. It is in no way liable for the products and services provided by such providers.

We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.

We have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other causes beyond our direct control.

6. Payment

The company accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

Credit card transactions are authorized when you or someone acting on your behalf accepts the Terms & Conditions.

All credit cards must have a verifiable billing address in the US, Canada, UK, or other approved countries. High-risk transactions may require additional contact.

Fraudulent transactions are reported to relevant authorities. Phone transactions are recorded for evidence in case of any disputes.

Submitting your credit card information does not guarantee ticketing, as bookings and fares are only guaranteed once they are ticketed.

Users should be aware that banks and credit card companies may charge fees for international transactions. The company may pass your payment on to an international travel supplier, and the exchange rate and fees are determined solely by your bank.

7. Disputes and Resolutions

The company encourages customers to contact Find Business Class Customer Support at (833) 340-7171 or info@findbusinessclass.com.

If we are not able to resolve your Claims within 60 days, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these dispute resolution procedures.

If you do not wish to arbitrate, you may decline by submitting an arbitration opt-out letter to our email within 30 days.

We reserve the right to cancel any travel reservation in the event of a chargeback related to that reservation. Users waive chargeback rights in scenarios including:

  • Non-cancellable reservations without refund eligibility
  • Failure to cancel or show up for scheduled flights
  • Non-compliance with cancellation policies
  • Third-party authorized charges
  • Supplier failure to deliver as described
  • COVID-19 related service refusal
  • Force majeure circumstances beyond control

8. Indemnification

Users agree to protect and indemnify Find Business Class, its affiliates, and partners from claims resulting from:

  • User breaches of terms
  • Violation of laws or third-party rights
  • Website use

9. Notice of Contract Terms Incorporated by Reference

The contract with carriers is subject to the carrier's individual terms and conditions and Regulations.

If your carriage involves more than one carrier, each carrier may have different Conditions, Regulations and applicable tariffs.

Terms cover subjects including:

  • Liability limits for bodily injury or death
  • Baggage loss, damage, or delay limitations
  • Higher baggage value declaration rules
  • Claims filing time limits
  • Reservation and check-in requirements
  • Delay, schedule change, and re-routing rights
  • Aircraft substitution rules
  • Passenger refusal rights

You may obtain additional information about your contract of carriage from places where transportation on the carrier is sold or the carrier's website.

You will be unable to travel if you do not have all necessary travel documents, such as a passport and visa.

Governments may require carriers to provide information on or permit access to passenger data.

10. Policies Regarding Ticketing

After completing your booking with a travel agent, you will receive an email order confirmation from Find Business Class.

The order confirmation is not the electronic ticket itself. Once your reservation is verified and ticketed, a separate email with an e-ticket will follow.

The Terms of your reservation, including price, availability, dates of travel, etc. are not guaranteed until the booking is ticketed.

The ability to cancel or modify a booked flight is restricted and will depend on the airline's fare rules. Some airlines may allow free cancellations within 24 hours after ticket issuance, but this possibility is limited for specific airfares.

Changes to name details are restricted by many airlines. Most airlines treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.

Force majeure cancellations apply processing fees in addition to the terms and conditions of the airline company.

If you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of the airline company, our standard processing fees will apply.

The refundable amount will be credited back to the original source of payment, but please be advised that the return period depends on your bank policy.

If you have booked any products or services but do not check-in (no show), you will not be entitled to any refund. However, you may be entitled to a tax refund.

11. Suppliers: Rules and Restrictions

The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement extend to all services provided by our company, including the services you conclude through us from our partners.

Users automatically agree to all fees charged for the contracted services, including those additional that companies may require.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.

Some airline or hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in for additional expenses.

Any breach of the rules and restrictions of the providers may result in the cancelation of your reservation, the denial of access, the loss of any funds paid, and/or the debit for any costs.

12. Ticket Protection Terms and Conditions

Find Business Class Ticket Protection (“Ticket Protection”) is a product exclusively by BC that comes as an additional charge/service.

Ticket Protection is NOT an insurance policy. Travel insurance is available per customer's request.

The service provides the option to exchange partially used tickets free of charge if the traveler is hospitalized at the time of scheduled return.

Travelers who are unable to take their trip for any reason can have their exchange fees waived, with the exception of airline penalties and fare differences.

Find Business Class Ticket Protection is fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase, but becomes non-refundable after that time.

If one change is made to the ticket, Find Business Class Ticket Protection is considered used.

If a traveler misses a departure due to inclement weather or carrier-caused delays, Find Business Class will exchange their ticket free of charge.

When exchanging tickets under Find Business Class Ticket Protection, the cost is based on the price of the new ticket. If the cost of the new ticket is higher than the original ticket, the traveler must cover the difference.

Mishandled Baggage Coverage

If a traveler's checked baggage is not returned within 120 hours of their flight's arrival time, Find Business Class will pay $1000 for each undelivered bag.

Requirements:

  • File claim with airline first
  • Report to the company within 24 hours of their flight's arrival time
  • Coverage limited to checked baggage
  • Maximum two bags per person

Theft, missing items, and damage to baggage are not covered.

If the wrong bag is delivered, the traveler must provide proof of the delivery receipt. The company has an additional 72 hours to locate the correct bag.

If incorrect information is provided when filing a mishandled baggage report, Find Business Class will request the correct information via email and payment will not be made if there is no reply within 12 hours.

If a delivery address was not provided to the airline when filing a lost baggage claim, Find Business Class will close the case once the bag arrives at the designated airport.
